This game makes me want to trade in my Xbox for a PS4

I'm not kidding, I have an Xbone and had it first, but I bought my PS4 just for this game lol.

Yea, I guess you could say that I'm not honestly sure when they plan on releasing info about 17. Hopefully they start talking either this week or next. It's not due out until the end of March, so they will probably put something out the beginning of February. Probably a teaser trailer, and a road map for the next month or so leading up to the release. I know last year, they had a schedule of twitch streams where they would show one thing on a Monday, and then the following Wednesday they'd have the lead dev for that thing on to go into detail about it.

I played Diamond Dynasty and Battle Royal. I was ranked as high as 1813 in Diamond Dynasty Head to Head, and got to 12-0 in BR once. Never really touched anything else in the game.

I played Diamond Dynasty, RTTS, and Franchise. I carry my player in RTTS year over year save so I'm about 10 years deep. Franchise I'd go about 4 years before I decided to start a new one. Diamond Dynasty consumed most of my time though

RTTS is the best "career mode" out of any pro sports game.

Also, thanks to whoever recommended me being a pitcher. Didn't think I'd like it but I did.

Damn, I never could get to 12. I got to 11 like three times.

Haven't played DD in a few months though.

I did get to 1770'ish or something like that in ranking.

I also placed in the top 50 in the weekly challenges a couple of times if I knew I could hit with the player.

I have a RTTS as well. It's fun, but completely unrealistic after like season 4-5.

My current RTTS player was up in the majors in July of my first season. Batted .320ish, w/ 4-5 HR's and then was a situational player for most of my 2nd season before being traded at the deadline to the Dodgers.

Batted .320-.330 in my 2nd season with like 10-15 bombs, only because the Rangers for some reason wouldn't start me every day.

Third season I start every day w/ the Dodgers, bat .340 w/ like 45 homers.

Next season i hit 50 home runs before the all-star break and I'm batted over .400. Eventually hit 140 something home runs that season.

That's on zone hitting on he 2nd highest difficulty. If I put it on legend I make contact fine, but every ball in play is an out it seems like unless it's a bomb.

I play every single game. If you're remotely okay at the game, it is far too easy to improve your skills.

Sounds like you need to either play on Legend and deal with the terrible game logic, or create some house rules for yourself. Here are a few (probably terrible) house rules to limit yourself to prolong your enjoyment of RTTS. Maybe you only play 2 games a series for a month, the next month you only face Right handed pitchers, the next month, only use power swings. Just something to switch it up.

try leaving the difficulty at the 2nd highest but turning the sliders down a little bit

The only change they need to make for me is making the Sounds of the Show a lot louder in game. Why go through my deliberate choosing of the perfect songs for my players in my franchise or in-game event sounds, only to barely be able to hear them?

I never even figured out how to do sounds of the show.

No can do boss man. I am swamped with new stuff. Leaving the military, moved to Florida, and got a ton of things going with starting the new civilian life.
