Metroid Prime 4 Title

Aren't they going to have to change it since it's likely not going to make much sense in context. The Metroid Prime trilogy was about Metroid Prime itself, who was always the final boss, whether it be in the form of Metroid Prime or Dark Samus. Well, unless they're going to retcon it and bring back Metroid Prime/Dark Samus, then they probably need a title change, right?

If it's a direct sequel, then they are most likely going to be following the events of 3 with Sylux (I think that's his name?) hunting down Samus. The secret ending showed Samus flying off and his ship chasing after her.
