Madden Coaching Upgrades

What are best coaching upgrades? I'm new to this franchise mode and unsure where the best bang for my buck is for the coaching upgrade.
My gut says to spend the points on double scouting points or increased XP from weekly goals.
Thoughts? Advice?

The discount package first, than xp, than the game prep xp by position. Don't waste your points on scouting, just pay attention to the news feed and filter for draft. The majority of players they have stories about will be studs you can get in the middle rounds
