Madden 16 Calling plays as coach

I didn't search.
In franchise mode as the owner, I have coach responsibilities. Is there any setting to go into the game and choose the play, then have the ai run it like in old NCAA coaching modes?

I think Auto Pass is still in there. That's as close as we will get to a true coach mode.
I'm pretty sure that this has been brought up to EA on their own forums, and EA admitted that they don't give a frick about this feature.
