Looking for a little help with my headset

shite...
Just got the turtle beach XO sevens... When I first hooked then up they were working fine, then I realized I couldn't chat with anyone so I tried messing with it...
Now I can't hear anything through my headset.. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting but haven't had any luck...
Any suggestions?

Update... I got the game sound to come through the headset but no chat...
