I'm new to PS3/Madden. What buttons do what?

I played Madden for years on xbox but my friend just bought a PS3 and Madden 15. I have no idea what the buttons control while running or playing defense. The game didn't come with an instruction booklet and my google search hasn't help me.
Can someone please tell me what button does what or point me to a link?

And the EA Madden 15 site only had xbox controls when I looked.

don't look at the controller and imagine that you are holding an Xbox controller. Minus the shoulder buttons, everything is literally the exact same.
