I'm having problems playing Madden 15 online on XBox One

Almost every time i try to play head to head 10 seconds after i get matched up a message pops up saying that the current session is unavailable. The weird thing is that all the times it does this to me the other player is ALWAYS the Falcons (I have the Saints set as my default).
This problem has been happening for the past few weeks. I can't get anybody matched up for MUT either, but i'm not having online problems with other games (fallout and GTA 5 are both working fine online). Anybody have a similar problem in the past?

Are you wired or wireless?
1. Hard wire from router to XBONe via Ethernet cable or buy a powerline adapter if distance is an issue.
2. If you must use wireless then check your wireless environment and adjust settings. We can walk you through the process if you are willing to take the time.

Wireless. I'm actually good now though. I found another gaming forum discussing the issue i was having though and found a fix. All i had to do was do a Hard Reset. Thanks though

Strange. The Falcons usually quit after 5 games.
