Illegitimate Digital Distribution Sites

Looking at cdkeys.com, I wonder how they are able to sell their products so cheap. Yes, I realize they answer that question in their FAQ, but something seems shady about it. There are other, similar websites out there, but I was recently looking at the prices of some of their PC titles.

I bought Batman from there, and have used Kinguin/G2A probably 30 times.
