If KotFE was a movie, would it be the best Star Wars movie?

Just watched the end of chapter 16 on YouTube, was overall pretty phenomenal. I would have to place Darth Vitiate/Valkorian as pretty much the most powerful and complex force user I've ever known about. That and a bunch of other aspects of the plot of both this expansion and the Old Republic got me thinking if this would have made for a decent film.

People who have played it, what do you think?

Having only read the revan book, I thought vitiate was a very interesting character. With that said, characters that powerful don't often transfer well to movies.

That's a good point. He's more or less immortal in this one after absorbing the life force of billions of lives, though I'm sure Bioware has an end game in mind for him.

Somewhat related. I would love to see a KOTOR movie.

KotFE is what happens when the Lucasfilm Story Group declares the KOTOR universe noncanon and BioWare just says "frick it!" Such a strange, risk-filled take on the franchise that barely feels like Star Wars at time.

I thought the first 9 chapters of KOTFE were pretty good, but most of what was added after the expansion released has been mediocre. I just watched chapter 16 on Youtube the end resolves basically nothing. The next expansion might as well be KotFE chapter 17.

Now I think KOTOR is probably better than any Star Wars story outside of the OT, but I don't know how well a 15-20 hour RPG would translate into a 2 hour movie.

I guess that's why I like it so much. It definitely does a lot different and that's what I wanted out of it.
