they just need to create a game with a bunch of random players and teams with the same basic concepts of college football...and allow for total customization... custom roster/team/player sharing etc. Let the community build the teams, players, and conferences.

What are they gonna call it, Generic Football 2015? I don't think it will ever be the same unfortunately.
