The game itself is nothing much but the intro video is crazy, it appears to be a mash up from movies but I don't what it has to do with the game or how they got it on Steam.

To summarize, I feel like the video is something that a bunch of death metal bands got with Rob Zombie and did before any of them had any sort of major money. Just blood, guts and gore all over the place for no reason what so ever. The game itself looks like a more adult version of Zelda (with the overhead view).

I couldn't load the video, but I assume it is a mashup of old Troma movies, which are mostly awesome if you like super low budget, cheesy, over the top films.
