Has anyone played the Skull and Bones Beta

I downloaded it but there appears to always be maintenance on it when I try and play.

Downloaded the Beta on PS5. I figured this game would be too tedious for my liking and it is. The ship can be tough to maneuver when the wind catches the sail, you have to grab stuff in the water and try to kill sharks while the ship is flying past stuff and the buttons aren’t working properly. It is a beta so I expected some problems with stuff. It’s just too much collecting to give to some island guy so he can help you move on to your next mission. I just want to play a game and have a good time , but this is going to be a major undertaking that I just don’t want to spend an enormous amount of time on. I’m not a fan of collecting things to build this and that and search for hours to find it all. It’s boring and too time consuming.
I’m sure some people will love it, just not my type of game.

I played it on PC and it was a hot mess. Constant crashing or internet sync issues. The game is a husk of what it could've been.
They removed the boarding combat, shore combat, shore PVP, shore gathering, and what he have left is a mobile game that is too beefy to run as a mobile game.

Having played this over the last few years (literally), its not the game i was hoping it would turn into..
I cancelled my preorder a while back and will simply pay $15 to play it for a month on Ubi+

There was news this past summer that they're remaking AC4, so no idea why they didn't scrap this game a long time ago.

What's more? They're already advertising Seasons. Screw this, it's a money pit and a shell of a game and it's AAA priced to buy.

Literally remake Black Flag minus the assassination stuff and maybe add in some trading between ports or something.
They overthought the hell out of this game
