Beginners Guide

What is Ground Branch?

It appears to be a co-op game of some sort. It doesn’t seem it’s a Team A vs Team B type of game. It appears it’s a co-op accomplish the mission type. The draw appears to be the customization with your kit. From your helmet, shirts, pants, plate carriers, head gear, weapons, attachment variations, etc.

Can anyone that’s played it clarify anything?

I’ve played it. Customization is in incredible detail even down to exactly what you carry on your kit, where you carry it, and how much you’re carrying. You want 20 pistol mags all over your vest and belt? Go for it.

The weapon customization is very good as well. It requires you place the sights and other attachments exactly where you want them, giving you a lot of freedom.

The customization is the best I’ve ever seen.

Co-Op is pretty fun and can be downright hard on the different difficulty settings. I was mostly playing in a barracks room with minimal internet connection in Romania but just enough to play co-op with my roommates and we all enjoyed.

I would recommend this game.

Insurgency was probably as close as we got and unfortunately it wasn't received well because it was not a run and gun

Insurgency Sandstorm is the one game I play most these days.

what's cool is the amount of real name brands that are in the game.

eta: i've been watching alot of Nikko Ortiz. he's a Army Vet. seems like a cool dude. he plays the game fairly often, but he does other content as well.

just bought it and played my first match. it's interesting to say the least. jumped into a server where you just kill all the terrorists on the map. it was a slow play, but the TTK is more realistic than CoD. it plays like PUBG kinda, but visually speaking, it looks really great for an "alpha" build.
