GTA 5 question (yes, almost two years late)

Is there a place on the map where you can stash a car as Michael and access it with either Trevor or Franklin?
I finally found one of those damn pharmaceutical trucks Trevor is supposed to get for his mom but I was playing as Michael when I got it randomly. I want to get it with Trevor so I can take it back to his mom to see what happens.
Any ideas?

Since it's the same world for all three of them, you could try to just have them meet up somewhere, just make sure Michael stays in the truck so it doesn't randomly disappear

Did you get the text from Ron about him leaving a "present" for Trevor outside of his trailer? If you find that and use it it should lead you directly to one of those vans

Pick a point on the map. Leave Mike in the van and switch to Trevor. Call a taxi for Trevor and send him to that location. Switch back to Mike and drive to that location

I don't know. What's the present? I did get some awesome suped up lawn mower. It was just sitting in the yard. Is that it?

That is how you get multiple characters in one location. Whether that resolves this situation, I don't know

Well shite never mind I guess. When I got to Trevor's mom in my game I immediately got tab text from Ron. I walked outside and there was a gas can sitting there. I huffed it and when Trevor wakes up he's in a parking lot and there's a pharm can sitting there. Maybe it was just a coincidence for me

I think the vans are supposed to be parked at hospitals. So just die and there should be one somewhere near the hospital you come back at. Try one of the bigger city hospitals to be safe. It worked for me
