Start as an OC at either Western Kentucky or Bowling Green. Make the Big East a 12 team conference by adding ECU, TCU, Temple, and UCF. Make C-USA a 14 team power mediocre conference by adding La Tech, Western Kentucky, FIU, and Troy. Make the Mountain West 12 teams by adding Hawaii, New Mex St, Fresno, Nevada, St Jose, and Utah state. Totally delete the WAC, the MW will be what it will be in 2 years anyway. By deleting the Wac then i will have more bowls for C-USA, MAC, MW. I wll make the sunbelt 8 teams. I dont mess with any BCS conferences except the Big East. Then my goals are yo come head coach at WKU or Bowling green, go undefeated, win a national title and move on to a BCS conference team or get invited to a conference. Then win national titles and hopefully every award. I also want to have a six 5 star player recruiting class. Also the number 1 recruiting class. Play at least 14 seasons.

I honestly think it's gonna be hard to win a NC in a non-BCS conference in this years game if you are playing on Heisman and don't ever quit games.

I agree. Itll probably take me 6-10 years to do it and the only way ill do it is if i play Bama, OU, Ohio State, and Oregon and beat them all in 1 year. I usually schedule 4 top 10 teams a couple years into my dynasty so i can actually get to a national title. And once i start a game i dont quit it unless the game is tied...meaning maybe i had to leave the house or something, but its gotta be tied. I remember in 2009 i was idaho and i would go undefeated every year and i only won 6 national titles in like 15 seasons because i would start the season unranked.

Yea 2009 it was easy to win as a non-AQ. I'm planning on starting as the DC at Rice, but I'm not making any changes to any conferences. I also plan on bolting from Rice ASAP

I usually would never make a change to a conference. But the Big East is adding TCU next year and i will be playing into 2012 so why not add them? The Mountain West is doing alot in 2012 too so why not add those teams. The Big East is considering ECU. UCF and Temple for their expansion so why not add them, and then just make a big C-USA. With so many changes i dont feel bad doing it since anything could happen anytime thses days. But the Big East sucks so i feel like adding those 4 teams makes them more deserving of a BCS bowl tie in. And ill probably change a couple bowl tie ins too. I love small teams and making them a power because every year it gets a lot harder.

Are you going to start at Rice as a coordinator then get a HC job there or somewhere else or what?

Well yea I'll move TCU if it's not already done, but knowing EA and their knack for not getting things right it might already be done

Yea i had a friend tell me he wasnt buying the game because Spencer Ware was #24 and a FB and Montgomery wasnt even on the game. He said "they do no research" hahahah they have to research 12,000 kids a year, give em a break. Let them make the game better, anyone can edit players geeeeez.

Plus they are getting sued out the arse by Sam Keller for using players likenesses without permission.

It all depends on what becomes available, if we have a stout defense in my first couple of years there (I'm assuming it will take a few years for me to get noticed) and I get a DC job at a bigger school I'd leave, but if Rice offers me the HC job I'd take that too. That's what I love about the new features, it's so wide open and almost anything can happen.

The cool thing about being a coordinator is that you are also the recruiting coordinator. SO if you were a D coordinator then you could hypothetically recruit 16 defensive players and a couple offensive players so your side of the ball would get their goals etc. It would hurt you if you wanted to take that team as the head man later on though.

Yea, I'm gonna try to stay even as far as who I target, but that doesn't mean I won't go heavy on talking to the defensive side.

True. Give some offensive guys 20 minutes a week and some D guys 40. Smart move. Do you think itll be easier to move up as a D or O coordinator?

Based on how the demo is playing I'd say defense. This game seems to be a very defensive heavy game which is the opposite of 11, but I like it, I pride myself on defense when I play.

Yea i love defense too, but starting at a small school may make it hard to have a good D when facing a decent school. Ill have to wait and see and play a couple games and see if i will need a shootout to win or a shut down D. But it does seem like itll be easier on D running the 4-2-5 zone.
