When signing up for a new NFL sign in, do I use my flyau email or my real email? In other words would signing up with my real email make it so I can't use the invite?

Nah, you can use either. It won't mess up the invite if you use a different email

I agree that we should push the draft toward the end of preseason and do it that weekend prior to week 1 if that works for everyone.
Also I'm curious on the format (prefer PPR) and the number of starters in each position and bench.
