Gamestop offering 50% more trade in value

Just went to the gamestop on College to get the MGS HD collection and the guy there told me they are doing 50% more trade value to card members for ANY trade ins (so it doesn't have to be toward a specific game which I know they do as well).
Just figured the GB would want to know in case anyone wanted to downsize their game library.
Edit: Just saw on their website it's for all people, not just card members, but that is what the guy in store told me.

Did they just start this or something? I went in Friday and traded in towards Madden and didn't get that much extra

I actually traded in BF3 today... I'm also going to assume you are a card member over there because that gives you an extra 10% (so 60% total).I got $14.40 for it.

just got 140 for a bunch of old games. i cant believe that they gave me money for some of them. appreciate the heads up on he deal.

Nice, I'm thinking I might actually go back tomorrow and trade a few more in... Still have the CE edition of Halo 3, a copy of God of War 3 (don't actually own a PS3, long story there), and MW2. See if I can't get a few bucks...
Also, fun fact of the day. Just the game rockband 2 gets you a whole $0.48 WITH an extra 60% included in that price

Should I go trade in NCAA 13 tomorrow? I mean I got madden today and it's so much better than NCAA. Figure I can get some really decent money on NCAA still

If you bought it yesterday, you should be able to just return it for full price. If you trade it in then you'll only get 30$. That's the highest trade in you'll get for a new game

I bought NCAA a while back, I just like Madden a whole lot more and really won't play NCAA anymore tbh. Figured I may as well make $20-30 while I can for it

Just went to take advantage of the 50%. Pretty fair trade ins.
