well you look at the quest the dungeon shows up at level 50....I went in not knowing at around level 8, killed some level 7 goblins and ran into a level 50 something....ran away, found the quickest exit and never looked back

I guess I need to slow down..I'm in chapter 5 right now w 14 hours play time at level 28. I know there are 11 chapters. I'm trying to figure out which chapter the open world closes so I can stop before that and knock out side quests.
been doing the chocobo missions bc something happened w the car and still very satisfied w the game.
Fishing is very fun as well..glad I'm got a fishing preorder bonus set
I'm curious when the VR experience comes out...cannot wait for that

Also musick since you're doing the chocobo missions now.. have you done the actual dead eye hunt? I did that early and the whole hunt was intense.. I asked awhile ago if anyone had done the friends of a feather side quest cuz I stumbled into it early.. I thought it was real cool and like intense.

I love the deadeye hunt but it wasn't new to me, that was the episode ducase demo, and actually the demo did it better than what played out in the garme. It's kind of weird that they took out the whole teamwork plan when you first find deadeye.
I do love the whole build up though like you said. It's still very intense

Now imagine how it feels for those of us who have actually been waiting.
Delivered a day early to old home...has to wait an extra 2 days.
Gets her yesterday. Gets off work late and has to do some adult stuff before watching the movie that ends at 3am. Wakes up early today to play. Gets to opening scene...work calls for some assistance. Then has to go to vet.
Finally back home but have to do some more stupid adult things like eat.
Still haven't played....fml

Luckily the GF is a nerd but it's our only day off together. She will be off all day tomorrow and playing. She will get more hours into the game tomorrow than I will today for sure.
