Fable III Gameplay

I had this game sent to me from XBOX for signing up for another year of Live. I havent played the first two Fables, nor this one. Is the gameplay any good? Multiplayer online?

The game play in 3 reminded me Assassin's Creed, at least in regards to combat with a sword.

It's pretty solid game, nothing outstanding. You should enjoy it if you have any interest in RPGs.

Yeah, I havent played an RPG in a long time. I was reading the back and it says your choices in the game have an outcome to the ending. Guess I will be playing it multiple times to see all the endings. 
ETA: Pretty good deal from XBOX Live. Sign up for a year and you get the choice out of four games. Fable III, Halo Reach, or 2 Kinect games.

It was pretty good. I didnt finish though. I couldn't take the cheesiness anymore.

I just had fun owning all the fricking houses and making bank off rent! I found myself trying to make money rather than playing the game.

The sword is terrible. Majority of the time the attack will be blocked. The roll and shoot or roll and cast spell method are great. I didn't get knocked out once, but thats not that big of an accomplishment.
