Eh, nobody had the foresight to know that the game was going to be THIS huge, so there was little incentive to wait until post release.
If Nintendo had a strong case, I suspect they would have put a bullet in this thing when it was announced in 2021. They could have sued, gotten the assets, launched their own version of the game with actual Pokemon and made more money than they could count.

The last 4 nights have consisted of staying up til between 1 and 3 am.

The cure to this game is easy.
Glitch/hack it for EXP and infinite rocket launcher ammo with no reloads.
Game complete in a few hours.

I am absolutely obsessed with base design/building. I've constructed and deconstructed 3 times already. I need to actually put more effort into the pals and level their abilities up to produce their work quicker which will let me build quicker. I just get so fixated on certain building actions that hours will go by and I don't even realize how much time has gone by.

Just started playing yesterday, and while it can be a bit until you get to the guns and everything you see on the videos, I can tell I will be playing this a lot.
