Who Deep Silver? They just posted a couple job listings on the first for the studio making HF.

If you recall Crytek stopped paying employees and this game was on halt for a while. I know later someone else stepped in with money but that delayed this game for a while when development halted.

And they got it from THQ when they went under, the game has been plagued with issues.

That was awhile ago, Deep Silver is developing it and has been. They're not in any financial trouble and are still hiring on that team.
