I wonder why the surprise release? I knew they were working on it and they just released a pretty big patch not long ago adding some stuff.

I can't get my nightmare play done. I've crashed a ton.
Not sure if it was the Nvidia driver update or the various DA patches.
Played for a few minutes over the weekend, crashed and gave up.

I've turned of my auto updated from nVidia. Try rolling back a driver or two.

I've sunk way too much time into this game. I'm going to wait a year, and by then all the DLC should be out. I'll replay it all then.

Tempted to do the same. Then I think I about grinding Hinterlands on a new character and makes me actually want to kill myself. I should wait.

DLC should be add on to an existing toon, not starting over.

It should take you like an hour at most to get enough power to open up the Oasis and the Mire. Then just blaze through the Mire rescue quest since it's all linear and you can close the rifts on your way, and by that time you should have enough for the mage/templar rescue and Haven->Skyhold transition.

Just saw that users should be on level 20 at least, before heading out to the new area. I hope we don't get scammed and there's at least 3-4 hours if not more playtime. It's $15 which is kind of hefty if you ask me for a campaign DLC.
