Downloaded games on PS3 not working

I've downloaded a few games on my PS3 and they worked fine when I first got them months ago, but now it prompts me to install them. But, after installation is complete, it just asks me to install again. Any thoughts?

Your PSN subscription has probably ran out. You to go under settings and make sure you're active.
