tGOAT college basketball game.

Insanely deep legacy mode.

Fricking Greg Oden on the cover.

I'm still playing this. Never gets old.

I play it whenever it's college hoops season. It's a great play and still much better than any college hoops game EA put out.

Online head to head was best on EA but 2K trumped it in everything else.

Bought it a month ago for $30. fricking brilliant game. Presentation was lacking, and Bill Raftery is one insufferable piece of dick cheese, but it's just a great game. Most in depth recruiting on any college game.

Yep. The only things EA has going for it is the Maui Invitational and the TV style presentation.

Everything else, 2K is way better.

I'm just glad I still have my PS3 copy from 2007 because frickers on Amazon are charging $100 these days for the game.

Yep. Been working on a closed legacy for a bit now. I think I'm in year 2040 something with a coach that I started at age 30 with UC San Diego. Went to Fresno State, finally made a final four, then off to Syracuse, Kentucky (which I found hard to build after 4 or 5 years), and then to Georgetown (who has become a monster year after year).

I typically sim the regular season games and conference tournament (now that my teams are good. when I was at UCSD and Fres State, I would play the conference tournaments to try and make the NCAAs). Finally won a national championship. I have found it pretty difficult to win games using my custom slider set against teams with similar ratings as my own. That's a good thing though. I also get insanely attached to my teams and recruits and have found it difficult to pull the trigger on a move to UNC/Duke/Kentucky. When I went from Syracuse to Kentucky, I had a hard time winning/recruiting and decided to leave.
