Damn. This game is hard as hell.
I was just doing the lvl Bopopolis on island 2 and I haven't had a hard run at a map like that in a long time.
My thumb hurts.

Tell you what man. Nintendo is shite when it comes to outside support and sales, but when they make a good game in-house....it's a DAMN good game. It's no different in DKTF. Insanely hard is just like the good old days.

Game is awesome.
Just completing levels is tough. I don't have the patience or time to try to 100% levels unfortunately which is a shame because I heard the unlockable levels are some of the best.
I consider this dkc on par with the snes games which is saying a lot. Soundtrack is excellent also.

Was playing a friend's Wii U and we saw that DK64 is $10 in eShop.

So I decided to go back and try to 100% this game. Just completely cleared island 1. The hidden levels and K levels are so good. Wasn't expecting to get any replay value from this game, but I feel like I'm having more fun on this second play through.

I really tried, but then once I realized all the puzzle pieces do is unlock "hard mode" I was like nahhh. Game is hard enough on normal. Got all the Kong letters though and the secret island is pretty fun

I've died more on this than I have in bloodborne entirely
Just beat it. Realized I was jumping too much on those flying penguins.

The bonus lvl on island 3 wasn't bad and then 4 kicked my arse a good bit.

If you think Bopopolis is hard, wait until you get to Island 5's temple.

Just beat world 3 K level. Took me 5 tries. Bopopolis literally took me 40. Going to take a day off or so before I attempt 4K. My right hand is wrecked.

The 4th world one isn't bad. The 5 K level is on par, if not worse than Bopopolis.
Also, the 6th Island is fricking hard.
