Did anyone ever have crazy things happen on your N64 or other early systems?

I was playing Goldeneye on the level after the Facility, the one you have to get in the plane and fly away. Anyway I look back and Trevelyan is following me.. The entire level he just followed me until I killed him.

In Ocarina of Time I was on my horse and went through a rock wall. Ended up in this weird area that I have never been able to access again.

My friends and I would always try to glitch N64 games or make weird shite happen with a Gameshark.

OoT has some insane speed running glitches.

Not really a glitch, but I used to love being in God Mode in Shadows of the Empire. Go through walls and have all of the weapons.

Womppa stomppa your name had to be, I think.

I apologize in advanced for the terminology that I am about to use, but... If you use the lightning thing that Nes uses for an extra jump and launch him into Samus, you can see Samus naked.

What did it look like exactly? Ever googled to see if anyone else has done this?

First glitch I ever found, I was about 10 years old.

Playing Pitfall 2 on the Atari, I accidentally learned if you bumped the power button so that there was a slight power surge (like half-toggle the power button but not fully turn it off), the opening screen would glitch and you could climb down to the lower level, get the little trophy relic thing, and beat the game in a matter of seconds.

Here's the opening screen. The relic was right below you, but obviously was supposed to be this elaborate mini-maze.

Not sure if it's a glitch or how common it is, but my copy of Mario 3 on Super Mario Allstars had a glitch where if you pressed select it would cycle through all of Marios possible costumes and then eventually a glitchy stocking that he jumped around in.

I simulated an entire regular season in Tecmo Super Bowl to get to the playoffs. When the playoffs came every single team on the bracket in both conferences was the Bills.

The Bills beat the Bills in an epic Super Bowl

Well to be fair that was gonna be the only way for the bills to actually win the super bowl.

I was playing Sports Talk Baseball on Sega Genesis and the computer hit a walk off homer, so I threw my controller. And it hit the system and it cut the announcer's head off and it kept saying "Chicago" over and over and over
I was young at the time so I found it hilarious

for those that don't know what he looks like

That's debug mode, it was put into the game to help the programmers when they were creating and testing the game. It was left in the game and they just removed the keystroke to get to it, and normally could only be accessed with Game Genie. Pretty cool glitch that you could get to it all the time
