I made a thread yesterday about getting a PS4. Did anyone play D2/LOD back in the day? This is my favorite game of all time and I've been looking for something similar ever since.
Are there any games like D2 for PS4?

Slight thread hi jack but D2 is also my all time favorite game. I bought D3 but it sucked, did they ever fix that game?

I have more hours in D2 LOD than any other game in the history of games. if they ever did a remaster i'd quit my job and only play that

Yes, but it's still not as good as D2. D2 was one of the GOAT. Pindleskin will go down in gaming lore forever.
D3 is enjoyable now but it's just missing something

Torchlight is usually on sale for cheap. Pick that up

got 10+ years into Diablo 2.
Even learned basic coding through this game when i was younger. lol
Have made mods/helped make mods.
from es to Kot.
If anybody wants a great tool for diablo 2 look up D2Se mod manager Plugin.

The most fun I ever had with a game was finding new dupe methods and programming new bots to farm mobs in Disblo 2.
Loved when Blizzard banned all those accounts who were running the downloadable pindleskin bots because all they did was look for games where the exact same mouse clicks and buttons were being used in town at the exact same coordinates. I was smart, I knew that would be the first step they took to shut down bots so I made my bot click random places and do a few random things in town. Sure, it made each run take a little longer, but it was worth it.
I made several grand selling Windforces and other items on eBay.
Enough for a good down payment on a car.
