Seems awesome to me, 1 more crucible map than I expected, and a ton of those tough arse strike missions.

That's a lot of content. I'm expecting expansions and dlc missions at some point too. I also see this being one of those games where I run through all 3 characters.

There are two expansions, 34.99 for the pass for both.
Looks like the Level Cap is 28, too.
Same, and I don't normally do that or like to do that. Hunter will be my "main" and first character and PvP character.

The launch content is sadly what feels like it is lacking considering we apparently completed all of the Earth missions in the Beta.
The story missions have just felt way too short for there to only be 22 of them

I see that as a ton of content for this day and age of gaming. Those strike missions take a long arse time to complete and there are a ton of them to go with the missions and their own strikes during exploring.
The expansions are going to be quite large, too.
I was hoping for at least 10 PvP maps, so 11 is great.

seems like each planet or area needs more content.
I preferred the cooperative stuff to the competitive play.
I'm not super excited about destiny, but there is little else in september to get hyped up about so I may get it anyway.

The first couple of missions were short but the last couple took a while. The story missions alone aren't a lot but when you add everything else in it's a good bit.

Yeah, mainly that strike mission.
It took us probably 20 minutes to kill that huge spider thing at the end, and we're all level 8 playing a level 6 strike. I can only imagine how tough those get especially when you're the same level as the strike.

Worst case scenario, I get tired of it and just sell it. I'm pretty sure it will be worth at least 1 play through though. They need PvP to do well though.
