Quelagg for some reason gave me the most trouble out of all the bosses. She would always put a pool of lava down right where I was. I must have tried her 10 times before beating her.

I find that one boss usually gives a Dark Souls player more trouble than the others. For my buddy it was the Gaping Dragon.

Let it come to a stop and then hit it as much as you can when its spewing that crap. It will then bring its right arm up to swing at you so run back. Then it will spew more crap:

1) HIt it while its spewing
2) Run back as it swings
3) Hit it while its spewing
4) run back as it swings

Rinse and repeat. Its very easy once you get this down.

Summon the witch at the bottom of the stairs.

Dodge and roll until it lands. Then beat seven shades of shite out of it.

Yeah getting cursed is terrible. Buy some curse breaking stones from the undead merchant by firelink.

Also, I just found out the hydra in the great hollow can fly to the other side when you run past him...

fricking caught me off guard.

Yeah being cursed sucks bad. You lose half your hp permanently until you purge. Spend the 6k on a stone BEFORE you need it.

So dukes archives scared me off. Tackled new londo ruins. Got to boss door and ran out of transient curses. Fffffuuuuuuu

Just bought this cheap on Amazon to activate on steam. Any suggested first class to best learn? (Warrior, etc?)

Use pyromancies, regardless of class.

Get ready to die a whole bunch.

Get the master key as your gift when you set your class up

Yes. Get a few spells, combustion and fireball. Then pump money into upgrading your glove. It doesn't stack on stats, if you have a max glove at level 20 it's as strong as it gets, even if you were level 100. Well worth the high cost.

You can spend points on your important stats, vitality, endurance, and either strength or dex.

You'll want to invest a few points in attunement also so you can use 2-3 fire spells at once.
