I purchased this a year and half ago. Still good time killer.
All you Anti EA fanboys who for some reason worship the NCAA series and its billions of flaws, here's a game that offers play by play, recruiting, strategy, playcalling, playoff format or if you want old school you can do that. $29.95

Yep, exactly.
But Madden is EA so it's bad but NCAA is pardoned. These people just don't want to admit that NCAA was a trrrible game that we loved. It had less sales than WWE 2K14. So much for it being a big seller
This thread was mostly a troll thread however this is a fun game if you're watching a game and have your hands free. I'll usually boot it up when watching Mad Men because the pacing is pretty slow. My one complaint about Bowl Bound is that the play selection is rather limited.

Sarcasm aside, I can understand people missing NCAA. It's just that they don't miss it for gameplay, it's the surrounding features. The ambience, attempt to replicate the college atmosphere, etc. etc.

You should get in one of the many bowl bound online leagues. It's the best game when recruiting against 50 or so other people.

I haven't played in a while, my game used to crash all the time and completely ruined it for me.

I was power option all the way. Never ran it out of the wishbone or the wing, though. I always ran option plays out of the shotgun, I-formation, or one back formation.
