Help me out here, guys. I'm TH8. 5* archers, 5* loons and 3* drags. Everything else 4* except the 2* DE troops.... What should my next upgrade be?

I went Giants, Goblins, Wallbreakers. But that's what I use the most. That's always my answer. Whatever your standard raiding setup is should be what you upgrade next.

I raid with drags and loons but this war only had a few good opponents to raid and they were all 10+ or better or the bottom dwellers.
I need to form a good ground attack. Idk where to start. I raid for trophies so I'm usually good just taking a TH and loot with giants and archers. I want to be able to 3* people with a ground attack.

Standard smash and grab raid is (8) wall breakers, (12) giants, (40) archers, (30) goblins, and the rest barbs. The goal is to get the BK inside the walls and use the rage with the barbs. It's cheap, cooks in 30 mins, and nets resources on every attack. It's also good for empty bases.

I go 17 giants, 2 healers, 10 wall breakers, 32 gobs, 49 archers and 3 minions to take out a BK at the start

I think he does use a few, just to clear out the mines/pumps/storages quick. Get the junk out of the way for the other troops to focus on defense

Is that what you usually use? whats your success rate like? My hogs are only level 4 so those are next to go in the oven, freeze spell will be lvl 3 in a day.
