When I play on my 2011 MacBook, I can only play with about 3 cpu civs without it crashing at some point during the game.

Got the game+all the DLC (there's a lot) for like $12 
I used to have just the base game when it first came out. But I quit playing because I felt like it wasn't even a complete game. But all the DLC+Mods=
I'm just having trouble loading games. Every single time I load a game, it either crashes or I get a runtime error
Been trying to fix it for a couple days now with very little succes. I got a game to load. But when I tried loading it again (later on in the day) I got a runtime error again.
