I'm laying off of the guild boss a little bit until I get Immotep since I don't want to mooch. I think that will make a big difference once I drop all my exp tomes on him. I'm hoping I will have enough honor I can just book him straight to 105. I should have enough shards in about 9 days.
Does anyone remember what TH level you get the 5th tower?

yea, like I mentioned, just changing my base layout moved me from C only with all garrisons to E with no garrisons on farm (I fail about 5% of the time when the group splits on wave 1 and can't destroy all the outer buildings in time, it times out)
a few crappy ones for HBM in there.
100 succ 3/9
100 ninja 3/9
100 champ 3/9
101 druid 4/9
103 TG 4/9
He would probably replace either the ninja or succ, neither of which have any aoe so I think it will be a pretty big deal. TG is pretty ridiculous in HBM when his lightning goes off, I imagine Immo will be similar. game plan is to get Immo, get him to 6*, then start burning shards to get him, TG, and Druid all to 5/9, in that order. Obviously that changes if somehow I land PD, but I don't see it happening, my rolls are just stupid bad.
I think about upgrading my TH to get more walls and work toward a 5th tower, but I'm pretty cozy in the arena bracket I am in now, and that changes when you upgrade your TH, unless I am mistaken. I can sit pretty consistently at 70/hour, or go easy defense and win every match, which is what I have been doing lately.

Are all of those lvl 100 capped? You can't afford to skip the boss fights... you need HB bad! I might not spend a lot on those particular heroes, but you're going to need it to get Immo leveled up.

I would probably do the skills TG->Druid->Immo, just because we aren't really sure how much Immo's skill improves with level. We know TG hits harder and hits more targets, and we know Druid heals more friends. Immo's specifics are still pretty much unknown, and he does fine at 3/9.

By far the best strategy is to stun-lock him so you can fight a full 3 minutes. Champion and TG are essential for their stuns, and you could do like I do and throw an Executioner in there once you get his skill to 4/9 (2 sec stun). Also, try to get a couple of high level Heavy Blow talents to throw in the mix.
It also helps to have either PD or Cupid (or both) in order to get those stunning procs rotating faster (and to boost damage immensely), but I don't think it's necessary to do a decent amount of damage.
Would you mind listing your hero levels along with skill levels and talents?

DRUID 4/9 with bezerk 3
TG 4/9 deadly strike 3
CUPID 2/9 (JUST GOT HIM) slow down 4
PD 4/9 sprint 3
GRIZZ 3/9 bezerk 2
I have champ and ex on the bench, champ is at 3/9 and ex doesn't have crap.

I may have fricked up. I gave up a 1/5 heavy blow on my spirit mage for a 3/5 berserk last night

Champ is essential for the boss. His skill level doesn't matter much because it stuns for 3 seconds regardless. His level doesn't matter much, either, but I would at least get him high enough so he doesn't die too soon while fighting boss 2 (his proc hits everybody). Exec will probably also help you since you don't have anybody with Heavy Blow.
If I had your guys, I would put Druid and GR on the bench for boss fights, and put Champ and Exec in there. I would get Cupid to 4/9, and then work on getting PD's skill as high as you can.
With both PD and Cupid, you really shouldn't be too far away from stun-locking the boss.

You can only fight people who are a nice round number of ranks ahead of you (3000, 1000, 300, whatever), and you just swap ranks when you beat them. So you just show back up on their screen. The only way to get in a different groove and fight a different group of opponents is to get into the really, really high ranks where the rank differences get smaller than 100 (so maybe you have the option to fight somebody who is only 10 ranks ahead of you), and then when you lose again you fall back into a different groove.
So even if I upgrade that, I'll still see the same people that I run into day in and out. I thought you were grouped only everyone with the same lvl town hall as you.

I'd probably have made that trade, unless your SM is essential in your boss strategy. 1/5 is pretty weak.
