Right now I still think both you and I need to be there to make it work. I am driving 4 hours tonight, probably home at 8 or 9, probably 9. Free this weekend and on vacation next week (mostly).

Okay a got. A few legendaries but it was kind of a ripoff. I already had paladin and ninja. Wasn't really happy with paladin bc I get him for free soon with the daily rewards. But whatever, I get to upgrade some legendaries...
So today I got another ninja. 2 paladins and 2 ninjas... Great.
Then I roll a fricking Druid. Which I will also be getting from the daily rewards as well so I will have 2 of them. Great.
I finally get another legendary and it's the damn Cupid.is he worth a frick? Should I even bother leveling him up?

Are you kidding me? I would kill for a Cupid. Pumpkin Duke and Cupid together are a retarded combo.

I just tried HBM H just for the hell of it.

Yeah, consider yourself very lucky to have a Cupid, even with all the dupes. Like Casty said, Cupid and PD (together with the obligatory Druid) are probably the best combo in the game right now. If you get their skills up to 4/9, when all three of them proc the strength of your entire team essentially doubles. PLUS Cupid bumps everyone's energy, PLUS Duke increases everyone's attack which speeds up energy building for everyone even more... it's pretty crazy what can happen. Some guys raid me with those three heroes, and all the procs start stacking and the whole team just goes berserk at crazy speed and high damage. They don't even stop walking as they just bulldoze over my entire base.
I have 10 Legends, but check out the dupes:
3X Paladin
2X Druid
2X Champ
2X Ninja
1X TG
If I could roll either a Cupid or a Duke, I would enjoy the game a lot more. As it is now, I'm getting a little bored knowing that my heroes are kind of shitty and there's nothing I can do about it.

If you go to your hero altar and click the hero, there will be an upgrade button. Click that and it'll tell you what you need. Probably 10k gold, 1000 Honor Badges, and some 'fires' (earned by playing dungeons).

I go back and forth between who to leave out for the boss, i've got a good sub, but I think the TG is the odd man out oddly enough. Especially if the paladin is targeted after the druid.

I got a feeling they scale back the elite toons for rolls when they do special dollar specials like this. I don't roll when they have 20% bonuses for the day.

This was my first time rolling during a special! Normally I just roll whenever I accumulate enough free gems, so I do a hero roll every few days. I haven't rolled anything exciting since Dec/Jan. Getting kind of boring playing without any "special" guys, though I'm not sure how special they are since it seems like everybody has either a Duke or Cupid except me. Maybe I'm the special one?
