Can I play my games on multiple Xbones under one Gamertag in one house?

Wasn't sure how to word that so sorry if it confused you. My friend is selling me his Xbox One for $200 because it is still in the box and he has probably only played it for a few hours. He has no need for it. I figure I can put it in my bedroom to play from my bed. Since I already have an Xbone in the living room with all of my games on it, will I be able to access the same games on my same account from my bedroom?
ETA: Nevermind. I went about this the opposite way that I should have and researched after I posted here. I found out I can do this by making one Xbox the "Home" Xbox.
