Me and my buds are getting it at midnight. I haven't really played much COD this year but it's sorta almost like an annual thing for us to get together and play release night.

Call of Duty: Ghosts - Who is in for midnight release?
Not sure if many parents are going to want to stand in line with the kids.

I think MW3 is more fun than either of the Black Ops. I've never hated any of the COD games though. They each have a different feel.

MY REVIEW OF COD GHOSTS
SINGLEPLAYER: Story is nice, graphics are shite.
Multiplayer:
MAPS: The Maps are a lot bigger then the past iterations of COD. Every map has CQC elements, sniping sight lines, and medium range action. Every room aka camping spot has at least 3-4 different ways to enter. This is a good thing but at the same time I never really feel safe. An example of one map I can think of is as follows. It looks like an ancient city that is now in ruins. On the left side of the map there are lots of destroyed huts, in the middle there are lots of hills and caverns. You can walk on top of the hills and snipe or go underneath them flanking the snipers or maneuvering across the map out of there site lines...but be prepared to face to close quarter match ups down there.I give the maps an A.
GUNS: They have a lot more recoil then the past. A pretty cool addition is that some guns have attachments built into them. For example the honey badger has a built in silencer. You can not remove it. Some sniper rifles have a recoil compensator etc. I've only used 1 marksman rifle but it def wasn't OP. It took 2-3 shots to kill. I don't think I got a single 1 shot kill. Haven't used Sniper Rifles yet except against bots. Quick scoping is still in the game to a certain extent but nothing to really complain about..The viewfinder actually seems to have to come all the way up. The hit detection was spot on in some games and god awful in others(assuming there aren't many people playing thus offering some crappy connections)....IT MAY BE that the hit boxes are a lot smaller as well though. I'm not 100% sure.
KILLSTREAKS: There are 3 classes of kill streaks again. Assault, suuport, adn specialist. The assault killstreaks are as follows. A UAV type streak, a guard dog, a turret, juggernaut armor, hind helicopters which shoot rockets as well now, a helo scout which lets you control the helicopter and snipe from it, the MANIAC, and an orbital strike which I think is like a nuke but doesn't end the game. It destroys the entire map and changes the entire layout of the map. The maniac is the juggernaut that lets you run around with a combat knife(marathon lightweight style) and knife people. It's pretty fun but your health does not regenerate and if you get knifed in the suit you die: lol:
I'll continue later on, if you have any questions at this point I'll answer

Is anybody getting it for ps3 tonight? I may need some people to play with.
ETA: Are camos and attachments unlocked through challenges? I hated how in BO you could just unlock any attachment or camo whenever you wanted.

Blops2
Attachments are unlocked via squad points which I'll explain later. Camo's are unlocked by kills I believe.

Do the unlocks and prestige levels carry over from your PS3 account to your new PS4 account?
