Caesar’s App Not Showing Teams Bet

Does anyone else use Caesar’s Sportsbook app? I’ve made a few futures bets on win totals. The bet is showing in “Open Bets” but it doesn’t list the team. Is anyone else having the same issue? Their chat feature is useless and I can get info on how to contact them to make it display correctly. Looking for some help. Thanks
