Buying new ps4 question

Why should I go with the pro over the original?
I don't think I'm really interested in the 4k because of the 30 fps
The main thing that would attract me to buying the pro is its ability to run games at 1080p better, however I've read that this benefit is only significant in a small number of games.
If it can only run 4k at 30fps and I'm not getting a clear boost in performance at 1080p across all games, why should I buy the pro?

most games are already running 30 fps even without being 4k

only get a pro if u want the bigger hard drive/4k. otherwise just go slim and save $100

I just bought a ps4 off of Amazon that's arriving today. Couldn't pass up the deal they were running. The Unchartered 4, PS4 slim bundle is pretty cheap right now

Some games on the prob will run 1080 60fps, but all depends.
