Borderlands Pre Sequel Shift Codes (Issues Redeeming)

I can put the shift code in and it tells me it's good to go. Even has a message on the Shift Home Page saying I got a golden key. But when I jump in Concordia to use the key, it says I got nothing. Anyone else facing this issue?

Did you first grab a key from the shift code kiosk in Concordia? They aren't automatically in your inventory ala Borderlands 2.

what are yalls thoughts on the game. I am at the end. gameplay has been fun, but was expecting it to be a lot bigger like Bl2. Seems to be half the size, not alot of NPC. No Tiny Tina. Should have just been a addon to BL2. Not really a $60 game to me

I was at the end of the game. Then the little shite I was playing with switched network type when the boss unloaded the loot. Have to start further back now. All wanted was God damn TVHM.

You have to go to the shift kiosk and select the code. Right trigger I believe will ask you to cash in the code.
