Black ops 2 is a grind

Prestiging on this game is a grind. Unlock attachments is a grind unlocking camos is a grind. Unlocking kill streaks and weapons is a grind but about and hour ago the grind was worth while because I finally got diamond camo for my assault rifles. Wow maybe now I can actually enjoy just playing the game without some thought of a task in front of me. Do you guys feel like everything on this game is a grind?

It's only a grind if you want it to be. I'm about to start my 5th prestige and I just now started going for gold camos but only with the guns I really like. I try not to concentrate on only getting headshots, longshots, bloodthirsty, etc. and just use the guns. I start for gold when I get to the point where I need to run no perks and attachments. It makes it seem like less of a grind.
Also, prestige your weapons when you go for gold because you wont be using attachments anyway or when you prestige to help you get more XP and level up faster. The only time I feel like its a grind is when I have just prestiged and I need to get to level 22 to get Primary gunfighter. I run 3 attachments on every weapon. frick secondaries and grenades.

Should have used your permanent unlock on primary gunfighter.

You get it way too early to use a permanent unlock on it. It doesn't take long to get to level 22 anyways.

Definitely not a grind me for. I play the game and use the same weapons for the most part, matching up with other players is what is fun for me. That being said, it would be considerably less for for me if I tried to grind towards diamond camo.

Will never get gold anything because i just do not care. Soon everyone will have gold and diamond and it will no longer be the cool thing to have. If it does not change the guns performance it is not worth unlocking to me.

Well....I wouldn't say you won't have gold ANYTHING. I know a couple guys that will prob have diamond combat knives by months end...
