I just brutally murdered the Duke and Dimwit stage actors.
I had my crosshairs on those guys for quite some time before I finally decided to let it go.
I was trying to keep a low profile, for what it was worth.

You mean when you choose between throwing the ball at the couple or the announcer? I chose the couple and the cop stopped me, which I assume happens regardless.

Only an hour and a half in and GOTY so far this year easily. Such a different game play experience from the norm.

I am an hour in and my god this game is beautiful. I am just walking around the fair looking at things and playing games. The world they created is really submersive.

The whole game cost $100 million to make according to the studio in an interview I read.

Ok so I though I was rolling in coin and then I found one of the upgrade machines.

ah. was referencing this pcgaming article linked on steam. for reference . seems i misinterpreted the sarcasm in the tweets
LINK
No matter the cost, every penny was obviously worth it and they will probably be printing money off of this realease and even Bioshock1 sales for many more years. (bioshock2 actually developed by a different group)
EA destroys franchies.
Irrational/2k revolutionizes.
4 years of dev
delayed release
etc etc
and all of these amazing reviews for a Single Player game. No bullshite forced multi or rehashed same old shite
(Yes i am unable to play at the moment )

*spoilers*
When that bitch sets herself on fire on Comstock's blimp and you have to jump out onto the skyline... Wow.
Yeah, from the beginning to the raffle scene, not only one of the best experiences I've had in gaming but in entertainment period.

racial over tones in the game, were all bioshocks like that?
especially when the blacck guy calls the scientists, crackers. lol
and the raffle might of been the worst.

I liked 1 and 2, but this game makes them seem like atari 2600 games, imo.
Posted on 3/26/13 at 7:22 pm to SeeeeK
nah. this story is completely different.
They have pretty much pushed the envelope completely.
One of the artists apparently almost resigned over the games depiction of religion. Nothing is off limits in Columbia...

There were sociopolitical themes in BioShock but themes like race and class were absent, in favor of commentary on objectivism and grossly misguided power.
Posted on 3/26/13 at 7:28 pm to jefforize
Yeah it crazy man. Just brain washed people. Feel like im in Jonestown.
Posted on 3/26/13 at 7:34 pm to JombieZombie
the themes here seem a lot more ambitious and controversial than they ever did in the original.
Posted on 3/26/13 at 7:37 pm to CornDogCologne
wasn't there a little girl, with her monster, that was part of the other bioshocks?
