Battlefield 4 help

I've been trying to on for the past couple of days and no servers are found in the browser. Any quickmatch room I join is empty. I seen this from time to time but never this long. Any ideas what's up? Do I need to manually download the recent patch somehow?

Have you tried deselecting all your filters to see if something comes up at all? This happened to me once on BF3 a loooong time ago and it was because I had the US South servers selected as a filter but DICE had shut those servers down so I was getting no results.
Other than that, try redownloading the patch somehow. Other times I notice when I'm at someone else's house with weak wifi I won't get any results in the server for a few seconds.

if you have US South servers selected that might be why.
