Battlefield 1......Upgrades and Gadgets?

I am wondering what the dropoff is going to be for weapon customization. Obviously in the 1910's there were probably not a lot of optics choices for rifles and machine guns. Chemical weapons angle should be interesting. Not complaining since I have been a WW1 junkie since listing to the Countdown to Armageddon HCH episodes. So I can't wait. I'm sure they will make up for lack of customization, just not sure what.

Not sure why a shooter needs customization?
I mean, CSGO has no weapon attachments and is still a top competitive game.
All the frufru shite has gotten out of hand IMO.

Does it really matter though?
Battlefield is all about that core gameplay experience no other FPS can come close to (graphically too).
They can keep the over the top shite on CoD as it continues down the drain.

really need the Euros to get behind this product, then add in the BF fanboys and those who like the World war games in USA. If it succeeds, then another WW2 game is coming.
