ARK: Survival Evolved For Xbox One

Can't really compare it to the PC version, but I have been playing the absolute shite out of this game since it came out.

Getting back in to a server that you have spent a ton of time in can be a chore, but outside of that it has been great.

Turn your gamma up so you can see at night. You have to re apply every time you restart game.
i moved servers once.

Server 54 has 150 ping all the time for me. Got to lvl 62 and moved to Server 288 about 36 hours after they launched it. 60-80 ping all day.

probably move again to a fresh server when they do an update and add new ones.

in peak hours you may be spamming join button for 30 min to an hour. Dont buy it unless you can play long sessions. or if you just want to play casual, do PvE

I got rly pissed today. I flew my pteronadon north to tame a Sabertooth, i wanted a lvl 15-20 ish to keep the tame time down, only found lvl 8 and 38, so i took the 38. As i was goin around killing mammoths for pelts and prime meat my ptero takes off after another bird and never comes back, so I walk back to finish my Saber tame. 2 hours 50 min into a 3 hour tame these 3 assholes come running up and kill the Saber. it was literally 2 bites away from being tamed and fricking them all up.

so i put word out in global chat that im paying a reward for info on their base, and some group of dickweed kids figure out im up north and run to my base to kill my triceratops, All because i destroyed a thatch hut of a guy yesterday, in retaliation for him trying to kill another one of my dinos.

This shits like frickin Jerry Springer on PvP. However, as a solo player there's no greater feeling than breaking into someones base and killing their whole tribe when their asleep as payback for something. :)
