Anyone playing Starbound?

Bought it today on Steam but haven't started messing around with it yet. It's basically Terraria in space. You have a ship and travel to different planets.

Yeah, really fun and has me sort of addicted.
"Starbouad" and "Risk of Rain" are 2 great Indie titles anyone can play on any type of PC.

Is there a way to consistently get leather from the creatures or is it random? I'm using the bow, but keep getting raw meat.

I forgot what you need to equip to get leather drops. You will just get meat and bone if not.
