Anyone have any experience with these 400 in 1 NES carts?

I know they're not possibly legal, but are they legit? Do they work?
I just recently repaired my original NES and went looking for some carts for it other than the ones I already have and found lots of these:

Anyone have any experience with these? Do they work? Interested because it's a cheap way to get a load of games and play them on my system.

I think one of the things I heard is that some of the captions are sometimes in another language.
