Advanced Warfare - Out of memory 26

Anyone figured out a fix for this yet? I'm very surprised it hasn't been patched. For those who may not recall, it's the error it gives you over and over when playing split screen. It's driving the crap out of me.

Two of the guys I play with get it about every 10th game.
It sucks for everyone cause they get kicked mid-game post game or whenever and we have to re party up
