It didn't move as many units as I thought, for May NPD reported only 60k in Wii U sales.

I just picked up a nintendo refurbished Wii U and mario kart 8. Zero regrets so far. By the way, if anyone is interested, the refurbished units are only $200. Mine was apparently never used, because I got club nintendo coins from it. Either way, nintendo's standards for refurbs are high.

I got a refurb too and it was well worth it. Got it from groupon. They had a 10% off coupon then used "shop discover" for 10% more off. Got it for $171 total
