Stinkbait I need you to learn me the way of the 50 skill point weapons, but if what I am looking at online is correct I am not sure they will benefit me.

You will need:
30 Coins
Eldritch Scroll from Vendor (Cost 50 skill points)
(5) of Orichalcum Item A
(5) of orichalcum Item B

I can tell you what Item A and B are in game, but they are just the two base pieces used to make the weapon. You need 5 of each. Example : Dagger hilt and dagger blade.

This will make the "mystic" weapons that have the lightning like glow effect on them. search the auction house for the weapon you want and weigh the benefits before crafting it.

This is just the simplest exotic (orange) weapon you can make, but just buying one of the cheap ones of the AH will do. The others are just so ugly. As far as the Legendary weapons go, even though you and I play a lot by most standards my best guess is we are still months or even a year away from crafting one. Those who play 10 hours per day for 2-3 months straight may have a chance, but thats considering they spend all their spare time farming the materials for one.

Very few people have crafted a legendary so far, and those who have, had help from others to do so or spent tons of gold buying the materials. At current AH prices i would need around 600-700 gold for the greatsword and another 100+ hours of straight farming.

Each Legendary Weapon requires at the very least the following:

Two level 400 crafting professions
Precursor weapon specific to the legendary

The Gift of Fortune requires 77 Mystic Clovers. Mystic clovers are not created directly, rather a recipe has a random chance of giving a player clovers. See the article page for details. Given the estimated probability for receiving a clover, the expected cost to obtain 77 clovers:

yeah i'm 3 pieces away from being completely content with my guardian gear and have already started saving for my elementalist to have full exotics when i hit 80.
