Having a hard time finding it. Anyone know why?

It's my favorite seasoning and it is very hard to find. I found 4 of them at the Winn Dixie about 6 months ago and bought all 4 of them. I hadn't seen it for about a 1.5 years before that.
I have no idea why it is so hard to find, including online.

It appears McCormick has stopped making it, and it is unavailable on Amazon now. I did find it here: Salsa Express
